Our mission
The Human × Tech exists to help people and organizations build human capability for the AI era, so technology amplifies them instead of defining them.
AI transformation keeps failing on the human side. Tools get deployed, budgets get spent, and people go back to the old way of working. We bring together the technical depth to ship AI and the human read to make it stick.
We do that two ways. Live workshops help individuals decide how AI fits their own work. Programs and advisory services for organizations cover strategy, training, governance, and change, together.
Everything we do is practical. Responsible by default, built around the people who have to live with the change, and measured by what actually shifts.

Hi! I'm Oumaima Talouka, AI Advisor, Co-Active trained Leadership Coach, and founder of The Human × Tech Inc.
I spent over a decade at Microsoft, Siemens and Air France-KLM working across engineering, product and Responsible AI. I also lead as Regional Director at The AI Collective across Africa and the Middle East.
I help people and teams understand AI, put it to work with confidence, and figure out not only where it belongs, but also how to grow and navigate the professional opportunities and challenges in this AI-shaped era.
